I'm a Registered Dietitian, but my path to nutrition started with something simpler: caring about people. Over 30 years — from the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic to rural New York clinics to private practice — I've learned that lasting change doesn't come from rigid plans or guilt. It comes from working together to find what fits your life.
